About Us

Flaherty Construction Corporation is a family owned and operated company. The owners of Flaherty Construction consist of Casey, Ryan, Kelly and their father Pat Flaherty. In 2011 they merged with Colorado native Del Jolly, owner of Out West Windows. Del's ethics, values and strong desire to provide his clients with quality workmanship made him a perfect partner.

After college Del worked for a large window company, and decided that he could serve his clients better on his own. He started Out West Windows in 2008 and made it into a successful business almost entirely through referrals. His integrity, pride in workmanship, and personal touch made this possible.

Pat Flaherty initially started his own construction company (Flaherty Construction LLC) in 1981. Over the years he did everything from concrete, roofing, siding, log homes, residential and commercial work, to complete home building.

Casey, Ryan, and Kelly have been around construction most of their lives. They started doing small jobs for their Father at a very young age, and then became his primary workers until they went off to college. They all loved and missed working with each other so they decided to come back together and they started Flaherty Construction Corporation. Their dad taught them at a young age to take pride in their work, to treat people and their property with respect, and that any job worth doing was worth doing well. These are the values Pat Flaherty built his company on in 1981 and are still the heart of Flaherty Construction today.

Now Flaherty Construction primarily deals with home exteriors, insurance claims, and storm restoration. Everyone at Flaherty Construction takes great pride in their work, and number one goal is to make our clients 100% Satisfied.
